WELCOME TO OFWACOMA!

A group of Pinoys working in the USA got together in Las Vegas and watched Manny Pacquiaio wipe the floor with Ricky Hatton. We were too excited that night to go to bed. During our wild revels and celebrations interspersed with a few bouts of sad homesickness, we decided to take collective action and form an organization to fight the corruptions at home that forced us to go overseas. At that time we had no conception of how the idea would catch on with other OFWs in the USA and also in other countries around the world. Our start was inspired by Pacman but had to be in a very small way because resources were limited. The Philippine political criminals tax remissions to our families although we live and work and earn this money outside the country. They rob the shirts off our backs even when we are not there. So we decided to find an example case to start with. Not in Manila, which was too big for us to handle, but in a city not far away from it. We soon found that Santa Rosa City in Laguna has a notoriously corrupt Vice Mayor that we could make an example of and show to others that they could do the same in other places. We meant business and we named our group OFWACOMA based on CACOMA's name. In a very short time our membership was growing fast not only in the USA but in other countries also. It was an idea whose time had come, and we have been able to contribute more and more to CACOMA's campaign. With us, and Pinoys in the Philippines, as well as support from foreign investors, success is guaranteed. Corrupt politicians like Manoy Alipon can and will be stopped.
As well as funding we will be actively calling, texting, emailing, blogging and networking. We will mop up the floor with Manuel 'Judas' Gonzales 'Satan-Worshiper' Alipon. Manoy's gangsterism is finished, and he will never achieve his ambition to become Mayor of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna. His evil politics of adultery, greed, graft, corruption, plunder, extortion, robbery and murder have finally backfired on him.

BASIC FACTS

Manoy Alipon, or Manuel Gonzales Alipon to give him his full unabbreviated name, is a prime example of where the Philippine system of government goes wrong. He made his reputation for graft and corruption when he was the Captain or Chairman, whichever you prefer, of Barangay Balibago in the center of Santa Rosa City. The voting public, especially the people in poorer barangays who never had enough cash to go anywhere else, were not aware of his infamous greed. But Balibago insiders and the political circles in other barangays and other towns and cities from one end of Laguna to the other knew about it. When the 2007 Election came along, he took advantage of OFW and foreign investors unaware of the insiders' knowledge and he robbed them to "buy votes and falsify election results" to become Vice Mayor.

Since becoming Vice Mayor illegally in this way, Manoy Alipon's corruption has increased by leaps and bounds. After installing cronies and henchmen onto the city payroll, he unlawfully armed them with unregistered guns to form a private army which he then used to rob and steal and extort on a bigger scale. At the same time he publicly indulged in multiple adulteries with no concern for the humiliation of his wife Lorena and daughter Beatriz.

The latest scandalous and horrific revelations are that Alipon was behind the slayings of Mely Carvajal, Leon Arcillas, Boyie Gomez, Jensen Cristobal and Raul Aala and also a failed attempt to kill Joey Catindig. The evil murderous ambition of Manuel 'Manoy' G. Alipon to become City Mayor of Santa Rosa Laguna by the foulest of unlawful means is doomed to failure. We and thousands of other determined patriotic Pinoys will stop him by lawful means. His staff are advised to find other jobs before they become implicated when the AFP and PNP dismantle his private army, recover his ill-gotten gains, and Manoy Alipon is jailed for his crimes.
