"Who gives a s**t about f***ing Manuel Manoy Alipon anyway? I don't and nobody else in Sta. Rosa does. Alipon is a f***ing disaster to everything he touches. Get rid of this man. Never allow him to hold public office ever again. And ban his staff also. People who work for Manuel Manoy Alipon can't be trusted. If they were good people, they would be working for somebody honest. Get rid of them all."

Manoy in Satan's office: #1
Santa Rosa City Laguna - Corrupt Vice Mayor Manoy Alipon

"Corruption is the biggest issue of the 2010 elections. People are tired of it, and it is really the reason behind all of our problems."
- Roman catholic priest-on-leave Eddie Panlilio, elected Pampanga Governor as an alternative to traditional corrupt politicians

"As in the assassination of her husband, the death of Cory Åquino has reawakened a sense of pride in the Filipino – a pride that stems not from self-importance or a misplaced sense of entitlement, but from the knowledge that one is doing right for the country. The examples set by Ninoy and Cory Aquino have again become relevant especially when compared with the examples set by many of the current crop of public officials. In this season of lies and avarice, Filipinos mourn the loss of two individuals whose records of public service were not tainted by self-enrichment and who truly put nation ahead of self, with one of them even facing death for it. Remembering Ninoy and Cory, we are also reminded that more than 23 years after the country was finally rid of Ferdinand Marcos, the country has not yet fully cleansed itself of the rot of his regime. Filipinos are still being harassed, tortured, kidnapped and executed for their beliefs by state forces. Crony capitalism is back, and so are massive corruption scandals. Political power is sought and used not to serve the people but for its perks. Vast fortunes are again being built illegally by a greedy few while millions of Filipinos wallow in poverty. Filipinos must continue fighting for the values that Ninoy and Cory worked for: freedom, integrity, good governance, and a better Philippines – a nation that is a source of pride for every Filipino."
- Philippine Star

"I just do whatever it is that I believe I should do, regardless of the risks to my life....I would rather die a meaningful death than to live a meaningless life.... This is a time to return to our basic values. For us who are a people of faith, Christians and Muslims alike, it is a time to return to our true faith. True faith must be rooted in prayer, in our trust of a loving father, in loving sacrifice of self for the greater good of all. The problems of peace and poverty, social justice and good governance are concerns of everyone, and everyone must do his or her share."
- Cory Aquino (Jan. 25, 1933 - August 1, 2010), first Woman President of the Philippine Republic

"What my father and mother fought for would be in vain if Filipinos would not carry on their advocacies. In honoring my parents I pay tribute to the Filipino people. Of all the things that I have learned from my father and mother, what I value most is the virtue of humility in the eyes of our Creator. Time and again, both of them have taught us that, by ourselves as individuals, we can only do so much. But when we harness our collective courage, strength and compassion we can be a great nation, a great people. To my mother, all her years in public service as President and as Citizen Cory were never about her – it was always about bringing power – and self-worth – back to the people."
- Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III

"In the Philippines, an average of 20 percent of the country’s annual budget goes to corruption, and the money lost to corruption could have funded spending on social services like education, healthcare, housing and livelihood capital, and infrastructure. This time, it’s no longer enough to just name and shame corrupt officials. It is about empowering all to act and to demand good governance. Non-government organizations and civil society groups are needed to help out. If no one’s watching, corruption thrives."
- Teresita Baltazar, chairperson of the Anti-Graft Commission

"Nonoy, you have raised the banner. This is the banner of hope and reform. This will put food on the table because the funds for the farmers will no longer be stolen. This will provide jobs to the people because investors will no longer be victims of extortion. This will make prices of medicine affordable because there will no longer be government connivance with abusive pharmaceutical companies. This is about our thirst for change finally overcoming those who want to continue the tayo-tayo system, the horse-trading, the greed, the self-interest, the transactional politics that has been the biggest roadblock to progress and prosperity for all. This is about what is straight and what is crooked. This is about the honest against the corrupt. This about right versus wrong. We are up against forces who will fight tooth and nail, fair and unfair, legal and illegal, against us. The fight is on. Our opponents will exhaust all avenues in order to win. They have been robbing us for so long, and they want to continue robbing us. But we will not allow them to rob our hopes as well. I am honored to join Nonoy Aquino in this field of battle. To all of us across this great nation who are fighting alongside him, make no mistake about it: we will not back down from this fight, not now, not ever."
- Senator Manuel Roxas II

"The Philippines is facing a big cut in foreign aid because corruption in government is “deeply entrenched” and the World Bank report is “worrying” a big donor country."
- Philippine STAR

"No country is going to create wealth if its leaders exploit the economy to enrich themselves."
- Barack Obama, first ever black President of the USA

"We are all witnesses to the devastation that runaway corruption has wrought upon our people and our country. Typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng spotlighted the urgency of taking immediate action against corruption. Surely, we do not have to wait for the next natural calamity to happen before we are roused into collective action. CITA views corruption as "SIN" and in obedience to our living and true God, the creator of all things who hates "SIN", we believe we should vigorously and openly reject "CORRUPTION" from the Barangay level all the way up to the highest office on the land."
- Pete L. Ilagan, President of the Christian Initiative for Transparency and Accountability

"We have heard the same rumors as you that Manuel Manoy Alipon is now suspected of being behind the killings of Mely Carvajal, Leon Arcillas, Boyie Gomez, Jensen Cristobal and Raul Aala, and in the attempted slaying of Joey Catindig who narrowly survived an ambush in 2006. Alipon's consuming and ruthless desire to be Mayor is well known for many years, and the only obstacles standing in his way are rival factions of the Arcillas, Catindig and Aala clans. All three have established political organizations, each with many thousands of supporters. The rumors are that Alipon is suspected to have been scheming over several years to set these clans at each others' throats and to sneak past them while they are fighting each other so as to seize the mayoralty for himself. Already Manuel Manoy Alipon's grafts, adulteries, corruptions, deceits, extortions, frauds, thefts, armed robberies and other illegal activities are well known. Alipon's public image is at rock bottom. Former sponsors, volunteers and voters are ditching him in droves and switching their support to candidates who are true to Santa Rosa and who will genuinely serve our city with ethics, honesty, integrity and honor like those of Cory Aquino who saved our whole country from the tyrannical dictator Marcos. This collective deserved backlash will vote Manuel Manoy "Satan-Worshiper" Gonzales Alipon out of politics forever. The longer that Alipon remains in politics, the more damage he will do. He is a calamity, a bringer of destruction and disaster to barangay, city and people."
- CACOMA (Campaign Against Corruptions Of Manoy Alipon)

"Corruption is the worst form of crime, because it kills the common good, it kills the poor, it kills the country. It violates God’s commandments."
- Statement of Philippine Catholic Bishops

"Corruption or corrupt practice is against the spirit of good, and if democracy is to be deepened, corruption must be eliminated from the polity where it exists."
- Ken Nnamani, former Nigerian Senate President

"Almost half of the business of the pharmaceutical industry has been lost to corrupt and unethical practices, and many patients do not get appropriate treatment. If we can eliminate these practices, the prices of medicine can go down by as much as 50 percent."
- Roberto Pagdanganan, Medicine Transparency Alliance

"The dishonor of being the most corrupt country in Asia and one of the worst in the world compels us to join the call for redemption. We can no longer afford to do nothing. Corruption is bad for business as it worsens poverty, steals from the poor, compromises public order and safety, mocks the rule of law, encourages bureaucratic inefficiency, and destroys society’s moral fabric. Who has been prosecuted? Who has undergone trial? Who has been jailed? The time for national transformation has arrived which should begin with the people as parents, students, employers, employees, seniors, professionals or public servants. Doing right by our conscience, the law, the people and country is a sacred duty whatever our station in life may be. Commitment to reform requires courage, not only to speak out against wrongdoing, but also to do something about it. And it is only by our courage that we will free ourselves from the shackles of corruption."
- excerpted from joint public statement issued by Makati Business Club, Management Association of the Philippines, and Coalition for National Transformation

"People who have known him longest know that in student days City Vice Mayor Manuel G. Alipon wanted to model himself on a rich Indian merchant that he read about who kept six wives in different towns without any of them finding out about the others. Alipon was so overexcited by the first part of this true story that he failed to read the rest of it. Already he was hyperactively boasting of which six girls he intended to marry and where he would scatter them around Laguna, Batangas, Cavite and Alabang too far apart ever to meet. But the wives in the story did eventually find out, and in collusion with a greedy corrupt politician just like Alipon is now they hired an assassin to kill the merchant and make it look like an accident. They shared the merchant's enormous wealth equally between the eight people involved so all of them would maintain secrecy. Many years later, after the six wives had grown old and died from natural causes, the complete story came to light when it was found that they had jointly kept a secret diary in case the crooked politician ever tried to double cross them. Both the politician and the assassin were still living when the diary was discovered, and both were executed for murder. Manoy's anti-Christian corruption is a disgrace to UPHS, to the Catholic Church, to Santa Rosa, and to Laguna."
- Four Alumni of University Of Perpetual Help System, Laguna

"Times have changed. Filipino bloggers around the world are watching. Filipino bloggers are fearless warriors. Filipino bloggers protecting their families will never be silenced by the hired guns of corrupt politicians like the infernal Satan-worshipper Manuel 'Judas' Gonzales Alipon of Laguna. To us he is the foul stench of a bad breath belch or a turd of putrid shit. We cast a curse on his murderous thefts of public funds, and our curse will exterminate his 2010 election campaign."
- internet blog

"Kapampangans from around the world spread the word. Politicians in Metro Manila took special notice. Four of the country’s top election lawyers crossed political lines to offer their services to Panlilio, for free. His victory made him the first priest to be elected governor in the country’s history. It also inspired many Filipinos, not only in Pampanga or throughout the archipelago but even those among the OFW diaspora, that the light of hope can shine even in the blackest night."
- Philippine Daily Inquirer

"Breakthroughs and victories against oppressive political structures need to be encouraged and supported. What we dared to do in Isabela is to make democracy work especially in electing our leaders, and our political victory must be replicated nationally."
- Isabela Governor Grace Padaca, winner of the Ramon Magsaysay Award

"I will support Eddie Panlilio and Grace Padaca as Presidential running mates in 2010 because they represent a different kind of politics. They are the right candidates because they are reform-minded and they have the actual hands-on experience in running their local governments. They are not just mouthing off theories. I would not put the future of the country in the hands of trapos (traditional politicians) whose mistakes the 2010 election presents us with an opportunity to correct."
- Joey A. Bermudez, President of the Management Association of the Philippines

"I am really just tired of hearing people say that they are tired of corruption and yet do not do anything about it. Now, I am asking people to be part of the campaign and not just complain. I believe that a 'silent majority' will come out in 2010 to vote for a real anti-corruption reform President."
- Ifugao Governor Teodoro B. Baguilat Jr.

Manoy in Satan's office: #3
Santa Rosa City Laguna - Corrupt Vice Mayor Manoy Alipon

(Neutral noreply Info-Message from our OFW USA Webmaster
Hey Vice Manoy, we have received an email offering you a job as a Nanny in the UK. It's for a Roman Catholic orphanage, where you will be strictly supervised by nuns "just in case you try to lure innocent children to Satan". There is no pay but "if you repent your sinful corruptions and promise to reform, it may be possible to provide free accommodation and food". Santa Rosa City staff tell us: "It's much more than you deserve, because you are so comprehensively lacking in competence, honesty, honor, integrity, loyalty, Christian morality, and in any genuine (not self-promoting) concern for the Filipino people." The orphanage say that if you behave yourself, they will review the situation after one month and pay you a weekly wage dependent on the effectiveness of your work with the children.)

"Corruption adversely impacts on the enjoyment of rights, especially of the poor and vulnerable. The level of corruption in the Philippines has reached a humanitarian crisis at its core, encroaching and eating up not only the right of every citizen to good governance, freedom, and decent life, but her and his dignity as well. Pervasive corruption has led us into our quagmire now – the poor are less educated, have less access to health and economic opportunity, and are less able to uplift themselves from their own poverty. Corruption is a very serious violation of human rights."
- Leila de Lima, chairperson of the Commission on Human Rights

"Corruption has not only damaged and weakened national institutions and resulted in inequitable social services but has also resulted in judicial ‘injustice’, economic inefficiencies and unchecked environmental exploitations. It hits hardest at the poor, who often depend heavily on public services and the natural environment and are least able to pay bribes for essential services that should be theirs by right. Challenging economic times may even see the situation worsen. Global recession sees opportunities for corruption increase with decisions on how to align funds which supposedly aim to mitigate the impact of the crisis. Also there will be the 2010 elections where a fair amount of campaign money is likely to be drawn from government coffers. Unfortunately, the real price of corruption is not paid in currency. The true costs are eroded opportunities, increased marginalization of the disadvantaged and feelings of injustice."
- Renaud Meyer, Country Director of United Nations Development Programme

"Ang hirap ng buhay namin. Samantalang yung iba, ninanakaw lang ang pera ng bayan na pwede sanang gamitin para matulungan kaming mahihirap."
- Constituent whose family's permanent poverty is directly caused and maintained by political corruption

"As a young, somewhat inexperienced fresh graduate, I felt very privileged to have met these leaders and be privy to their thoughts and ideas. Several months later, my respect and admiration for Mayor Jesse Robredo of Naga City, Gov. Grace Padaca of Isabela, Gov. Among Ed Panlilio of Pampanga, Gov. Teddy Baguilat of Ifugao and Mayor Sonia Lorenzo of San Isidro, Nueva Ecija have only grown. In my work for Kaya Natin! I interact with these five people on a regular basis, and I have the chance to know them as people, not as politicians. It’s only their heart for the people and the country that keeps them in public service despite the difficulties. In today's political arena where corruption seems to be the norm, government officials like the Kaya Natin! champions are a refreshing twist to the story. Here we have leaders who serve the public with integrity. Not only are they challenging the rules of the game of traditional politics, going against big names, but they do so with a genuine commitment to changing how politics works in the Philippines. They are the faces of effective and ethical leadership in government. Before taking on the challenge of public service, they were ordinary citizens who only wanted to do something and be someone for others. It was a sacrifice they were ready and willing to make, and it was a sacrifice that was worth every pain and disappointment if only to see their fellow Filipinos leading better lives. They are still ordinary citizens; only now they hold jobs aimed at serving the public. The best part is, they're all real people."
- Karla Angelica Pastores

CORRUPTION - A SOCIAL AND MORAL CANCER
Read the official statement by Philippine Catholic Bishops

"The bishops just exercised their rights to freely express their opinion. Thus threatening them with charges of sedition and challenging them to run in the election from no less than the justice secretary is yet again a show of arrogance from this administration. While this administration is easy to go after its perceived enemies, it takes its sweet time to even lift its fingers against those people allied to them, never mind if these people have brazenly committed malfeasance and misfeasance to the country and the people. Former President Estrada, who is an Arroyo critic, had already been tried, convicted and pardoned but we have yet to see them touch the cases of former Justice Secretary Nani Perez and now the infamous Jocjoc Bolante. This is a challenge that Raul Gonzales and Ombudsman Merceditas Guitterez should take up because they owe it to the Filipino people."
- excerpted from Press Statement on October 30 2008 by Chiz Escudero (NPC/GO)

"Manoy Alipon is a reprobate, the antithesis of NPC/GO which he fraudulently claims to be representative of. He is brainwashing people that his moral turpitude is what NPC/GO stands for. We need to disown him before the damage he causes to us in Laguna gets beyond repair. He is disloyal to his family and friends. He is disloyal to his sponsors and voters. He is disloyal to Santa Rosa and Laguna. He is disloyal to NPC/GO. He is head over heels in love with himself, and he thinks this will justify endless adultery and corruption."
- Member of NPC/GO

"Led by bona fide followers of JESUS, Santa Rosa City will thrive, prosper, flourish and blossom into a future showered with GOD's blessings beyond human imagination. It will become one of the planet's best and most desirable places to live, a veritable Paradise on Earth for each and every resident. But if we ever allow it to be led by Manuel Manoy Alipon, the reptilian disciple of SATAN and the most corrupt Vice Mayor in Santa Rosa's entire history, he will drag our city down into the blackest depths of terminal decadence, degeneracy, destruction, hellfire and damnation. In 2010 with GOD on our side and with campaign resources pouring in from overseas, all opponents of “Judas Manoy” can join forces to fight and win against this demonic subhuman before his satanic corruptions and extortions create yet more poverty, misery, pollution, crime, disease and death in Santa Rosa. For the future of our children and of our city let us vote for leaders who are truly faithful to GOD."
- Evangelical OFW from Laguna

"Vice Mayor Manoy Alipon has made himself infamous in Laguna by doublecrossing his backers, mentors, sponsors, campaign donors, partners, colleagues, team members, supporters, old cronies, young volunteers, occasional helpers, municipal staff, business employees, friends, relatives, close family especially his wife, and his mistresses. Nobody who ever came into contact with this devious and evil Satan-worshipper was safe from his pernicious duplicity. 2010 is payback time when his victims will get their revenge by doublecrossing him."
- internet blog

"The people that Vice Mayor Alipon doublecrossed most were the constituents who voted for him. In the 2010 election it will be voters who get the sweetest revenge by giving him the most humiliating defeat of all time."
- Forum reply to the above blog

"We expect the new law on firearms to have more bite by increasing the fines and penalty of illegal possession. People who will get caught in illegal possession of three or more guns will not be allowed to post bail. The PNP is offering two amnesty programs in 2010 – one which started last August 1 for those who have expired and un-renewed firearm licenses; and two, the one-month amnesty period from Oct 1 to 31, which is for patently loose and never-been-registered guns. We encourage our constituents to register their patently loose firearms to avoid legal problems in the future like heavy fines and imprisonment."
- Jesus Verzosa, PNP Director General

"People need to stand up for what is good for them, and to demand concrete solutions to problems that ravage them. We must finally overhaul the rotten political system that has only made our people miserable."
- Senator Loren Legarda

Manoy Alipon, corrupt Vice Mayor of Santa Rosa City, Laguna

(above) - Manoy Alipon's blasphemous thanks before he proceeded to betray the trust of backers, supporters, staff and volunteers. Now, thanks to GOD, we all know the truth and the truth has made us free, as the BIBLE promised us in John 8: 32.

The name of Manoy Alipon used to be respected locally, but no more. During his years as Captain of Barangay Balibago he acquired a reputation for greed, immorality, graft and corruption which began to trickle through Laguna and beyond.

Then as Vice Mayor of Santa Rosa representing Nationalist People's Coalition/Genuine Opposition his grafts, corruptions, extortions and other illegal activities rapidly increased. Manuel Manoy Alipon of Amar Village ruthlessly betrayed the trust of those who had sponsored, supported and voted for him in their false belief that he was a good man. They were not yet aware of the bad reputation he had acquired in the political circles of Laguna, and to their huge shock this evil dishonorable man has turned out to be the most hypocritical and corrupt Vice Mayor in the history of Sta. Rosa.

Playing on his time as a seminarian in the distant past, Manoy Alipon falsely convinced backers and constituents that he was "a good man". Now in the final year of his 3-year term, he has proved to be the exact opposite. He is a liar, an adulterer, a deceiver, a plunderer, a fraudster, a robber and a thief. Allegedly he is also under suspicion of involvement over several years in a series of political slayings to clear his path to Mayor, which people who know him say has long been his obsessive ambition.

Instead of helping the people, he has become their greatest handicap to progress and prosperity. Instead of crusading to eradicate corruption, he has himself become corruption personified. Instead of attracting investors and jobs to grow the economy of Santa Rosa City, his grafts, corruptions and extortions are driving them away.

If you are among the many thousands of Sta Rosa constituents whose circumstances have got worse since making the mistake of voting Manoy into office in 2007, then for the sake of your family, your relatives, your friends, your neighbors, your jobs, your livelihood, your city, your province, your country, and most of all for the future of your children, please make full use of your individual and collective democratic voting rights and power!

Join members of the Catholic Church, the Iglesia ni Cristo, Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventists, Christian Scientists, Mormons, Baptists, Methodists, other Trinitarian and Non-trinitarian Churches, Muslims, Buddhists, Taoists and true believers of all Faiths in voting this evil blasphemous adulterous destructive satanist out of office in 2010.

"Manoy Alipon is often described as a 'brainless wonder' because he gets everything wrong. So how did a man without a brain become Vice Mayor? What did he do right? He robbed his business partners to buy votes. Is this right? Is this what politicians mean when they put 'honorable' in front of their names?"
- Balibago resident

"Ngunit ang atin pong demokrasya ay hindi lamang isang regalong basta lamang tinatanggap. Ito po'y kailangan nating bantayan at alagaan araw-araw. Bilang pagpugay kay Ninoy at Cory Aquino sa ika-21 ng Agosto, nararapat marahil na tanungin natin sa ating sarili: Sapat ba ang ating ginagawa bilang mga mamamayan upang patibayin ang mga haligi at pasiglahin ang mga institusyon ng ating demokrasya?"
- Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III

"Matagal na kami sa Luzon and Metro Manila. Maganda naman siguro na pakinggan naman ang mga kababayan natin dito sa Mindanao. Sinasabi kasi sa Manila, lalo na ng Malacañang, na hanggang Luzon at Metro Manila lang ang ‘Noynoy fever.’ Pero kung nandito sila ngayon, makikita nila na napakainit ng pagtanggap."

Manoy Alipon, corrupt Vice Mayor of Santa Rosa City, Laguna
EVIL hypocrisy and corruption of lying dishonorable Manuel Manoy Alipon is the work of SATAN. Sta Rosa City is doomed unless people of honesty and integrity vote for his opponents in 2010.
"Vice Manoy has lied and lied and lied, even to those who loved him. More to those who loved him. He is an adulterer, a liar, and a thief."
- Member of Ilaw at Rosas, Kabarangay ni Manoy Movement

"I've seen enough pain and poverty in the Philippines. All I wanted was to be able to get out of it - the pain and the poverty - and live decently everyday." - Arnel Pineda, talking on the Oprah Winfrey Show

"The Vice Mayor of Santa Rosa City is an adulterer and fornicator who pretends to be a Catholic. As a favor to his mistress in Calamba, he installed her brother on Santa Rosa's municipal payroll."
- Municipal employee, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna

"We know God's Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor. We have polluted the air. We have abused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition. We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers."
- Billy Graham, Evangelist

Corrupt Vice Mayor of Sta Rosa
"CONGRATULATIONS to the record breaking Manny Pacquiao on his historic 7th world championship title. What an inspiration he is to all Filipinos who believe in our great country and are fighting the corrupt politicians like Manuel Manoy Alipon whose evil inhumane actions destroy it. Like Pacman we have God, strength, stamina, iron will, dedication, determination, focused minds and unwavering work ethic. Our time has come and we will never give up. Our fight will be won collectively by millions and millions of voters in the 2010 election, the showdown between faithful children of God and the corrupt politicians of Satan. Our win will inspire and strengthen the oppressed in other nations. We, the Philippine people, will all be world champions like Pacman."
- CACOMA (Campaign Against Corruption Of Manoy Alipon)

"Manoy Alipon's staff need their salary to support their family but are in mental turmoil that they work for a satanist who falsely claims to be a Catholic and who corruptly deceives and robs Sta. Rosa electorate. Their future careers will be tainted forever by any mention of Manoy Alipon on their resumé. When the electorate votes against Alipon in 2010 because they know about his evil adulteries, extortions, grafts, robberies and other corruptions, nobody will ever employ any of his staff if they do not reject his corruption before the 2010 election."
- Santa Rosa City municipal employee

"Certainly, our people are in dire need of credible and sincere leaders in order to bring back their trust in government."
- Senator Franklin Drilon

"Yo!Noy! recruits will not only serve as campaign volunteers, but also as poll watchers in the May 2010 elections. Volunteers will be oriented to ensure that the reform agenda is sustained no matter who wins in the presidential elections. We need to be ambitious because 100,000 is a minimum to ensure that every precinct has a poll watcher and that every barangay is informed when it comes to implementing actual platforms. Each volunteer is encouraged to recruit at least three of his or her friends until the target is reached. Groups supporting Aquino and Roxas should not be complacent even if their candidates usually top the presidential and vice presidential surveys. There are so many vying for the two highest posts in the country. Youth will be the main target of our strategy primarily because the outcome of next year’s elections would greatly affect this sector, and it is also the youth that has the idealism to actually effect change for the betterment of the country. Tayo yung hindi pa masyadong jaded, tayo yung idealistic pa. We wanted to turn that idealism into something concrete and meaningful. To register, a volunteer will need to submit his or her name, city or municipality of residence, mobile number, and the email addresses of his or her three recruits to noyitforward@gmail.com. Each recruit will then have to register online at http://pipolpower.org or http://youthfornoy.ph or by texting the following: PIPOL POWER NIF , , , , /NIF and sending it to 2966. An online mosaic of the volunteers will be updated weekly by the core group to show the progress of the campaign."

"If you know someone in an adulterous relationship, don't be embarrassed to mention it for fear of hurting their feelings. Go on! Talk about it! Hurt their feelings! Fight for your Faith!"

"Manoy 'Judas' Alipon is a criminal. Nothing more, nothing less. To put Hon. in front of his name is a joke! He cheats on his wife, he steals from his friends and supporters, and he robs his constituents. The boastful way that he flaunts his mistress Jenny in public, witnessed and photographed by so many people, is proof that even his own wife and family are not important to him. He does not know the meaning of honorable."
- Norman Collins, investor in Sta. Rosa robbed by his business partner Vice Mayor Manoy Alipon

"A wife needs to be loved and cherished. She needs to have her femininity and her dignity respected. She needs to have her vulnerability protected. She needs to have her uniqueness and her work appreciated. This is what the Bible teaches. It is God's Will and her husband's solemn duty."
- Women Of Grace

"Manuel Alipon is possessed by Satan. It is the duty of the church to exorcize Sta Rosa's evil Vice Mayor."
- Catholic resident of barangay Balibago, and devout congregation member of Chair of St. Peter Church

"In John 10:10, Jesus referred to Satan as a thief, murderer and destroyer. His goal is to steal your peace, joy and wellbeing. He uses venomous tactics to poison your destiny and lead you on a path of destruction. He is a destroyer of families and marriages and an instigator of hostility, war and civil strife."
- Mbangu Sibamba

"Manoy and his gang in the City Vice Mayor's office are under an illusion that their illegal weapons will make them invincible. But their days are numbered. Manoy has sold their souls to Satan, who is leading them into a trap. The voters of Sta. Rosa will toss them aside in 2010 like matchsticks in a tsunami. Then Satan will collect their souls. The joke is on them!" - Tagapo Businessman

"I wonder, will Vice Mayor Manoy Alipon take responsibility for arming Santa Rosa employees with patently loose and never-been-registered guns, or will he deny any knowledge and make his staff liable to heavy fines and imprisonment?" - internet blog

"We call upon people power to vote in popular backlash against Vice Mayor Manoy 'Judas' Alipon's sneaky and treacherous betrayal of the constituents of Santa Rosa. Let us make 2010 the year that he will be banished from politics forever. Then at last each and every resident of our city can enjoy the equality, peace, health, education, prosperity and happiness they all deserve."
- Roman Catholic OFW from Laguna

"The country’s main problem is moral decadence, which is the root cause of graft and corruption and poverty in the country. It’s time for the moral forces of the country to manifest themselves. They should cease to be an invisible force. They should play a dominant role in redirecting the destiny of our people."

"Success in politics requires a high level of integrity. The slightest betrayal of trust will always result in a backlash. Failure is inevitable and deserved when politicians let down those who backed and supported them at election time. Come next campaign, the backing and support will be multiplied one hundredfold and switched to someone else."
- Nobel Prize Winner Archbishop Tutu

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Why is Balibago so important?

Balibago is a focal point for travelers, with buses, vans, jeepneys and tricycles to places far and near. Commuters can get to Manila in just an hour, subject to traffic conditions.

Is it true the Vice Mayor is corrupt?

Ask the businesses and job creators that he has driven away from Santa Rosa. Ask the women he has committed adultery with. Ask the people living in poverty due to his syphoning off public funds allocated to help them. He was known before as the most corrupt Barangay Captain in Laguna, and as Vice Mayor his bad reputation has rapidly grown worse based on his obsessive greed and expanding grafts and corruptions.

Will he be Mayor in 2010?

Arlene Arcillas-Nazareno has proved to be the best Mayor that Sta Rosa has ever had, but watch out for a possible comeback by Joey Catindig, who beat Manuel Manoy Alipon so easily in the 2004 Vice Mayoral election. Manuel Manoy Alipon has proved to be the most corrupt Vice Mayor in Sta Rosa's history and will never make it to Mayor. Voters will ditch him in 2010 because the honest and younger candidate Arnel Gomez will make a much better City Vice Mayor with all the competence and integrity that Alipon totally lacks.

So what's happening right now?

Well a new magazine has been launched about life in Santa Rosa. Also, leadership and public-speaking clubs are being started up for subdivisions and schools in Sta Rosa.

Who are they for?

The magazine is to promote Santa Rosa around the Philippines and overseas, with the purpose of attracting new investors, jobs, and house buyers. It has cancelled plans to feature Manoy Alipon.

The leadership and speaking clubs are educationally structured to give people confidence and experience in community or business leadership and in public speaking on matters of importance to their work and families. For example many recent speeches deplored vice mayoral greed and corruption, which the speakers believed are damaging the future of citizens everywhere in the country.

What about language?

To reach its national and international target readership, Santa Rosa Magazine is in English. But the leadership and speaking clubs can operate in either English or Tagalog. Both languages are widely used in local business and politics.

How can I subscribe to the magazine?

No need. It's an American financed online FREE e-zine that is viewable and downloadable anywhere in the world. You can visit its website: Santa Rosa Magazine to find out more.

Where can I find out more about the
leadership and speaking clubs?

The Toastmasters International website gives you an overview of how their clubs operate.

This is an American non-profit organization established almost a century ago, with affiliated clubs all over the world.

There are already more than 150 Toastmasters Clubs in the Philippines. Meralco now has 3 company Toastmasters Clubs to help its employees improve their leadership and speaking skills.

The owners' or residents' association of any subdivision can form its own club and sponsor one in its local school.

Alternatively any business company, private individual or social group may start a public speaking club for its own purposes. Although recommended, it is not absolutely essential to be part of Toastmasters International.

Santa Rosa City has enormous potential for development and prosperity for all.

Despite the barangay and city corruption of self-obsessed politicians such as Vice Mayor Alipon strangling our progress, starving our poor, and driving away essential investors and job creators, with GOD's help the honest Filipinos and Filipinas of Sta Rosa will make it happen!

Never allow him to hold public office ever again. And ban his staff also. People who work for Manuel Manoy Alipon can't be trusted. If they were good people, they would be working for somebody honest. Get rid of them all."
